Will Hard water create issues in the functioning of the sink?
No. Hard water will not have any issues with the functioning of the sink.
Is it 304 grade stainless steel?
No. The sink is made from Premium Stainless Steel and is PVD coated with matte black which prevents oxidation and resists rusting.
How to clean the Waterfall faucet when it's blocked by debris or limescale?
You can clean it with a toothbrush or any cleaning brush using soft washing detergents.
How does warranty service work? Is it piece to piece replacement?
Usually, the entire product is under warranty. However, if a certain part of the product needs replacement, Shira would replace that part.
Is it possible to fix these sinks on walls?
Yes. Shira Kitchen Sinks are drop-in kitchen sinks. If you want to wall mount them, it would require brackets to support them.
Can we install it with an iron bracket?
Yes. You can wall mount the sink with Stainless steel Brackets.
How to cut the granite/marble slab on the kitchen for the installation of Nano Sink?
It is advised that the slab be cut once the sink is delivered to your home. Since there is a difference in the space and the preferences, it is suggested that the measurements and the cutting take place at the discretion of the Mason/Mistry.
